Welcome!

Moscow, Idaho is my hometown. It's where I went to K-12, starting with Giant Steps and Renaissance Charter School, and ending with Moscow Junior High School (now Moscow Middle School) and Moscow High School. I graduated from the University of Idaho, B.S. Marketing in 2015. My wife, Kate, and I got married in 2023, just a year after buying our home and getting our amazing Pitbull/Lab named Max. Most of my immediate family resides in Moscow, and my parents live in the house I grew up in. I've had a wonderful education, career success, a loving family and friends, and a rich quality of life. I want this community to have similar opportunities to those that my family and community have provided me.

Since then, I’ve led an illustrious career in real estate sales and property management. I’ve also acquired accreditations and certifications along the way. I’ve been the Broker/Owner of Blue Sky Real Estate (Moscow) for the last five years, and Green Grass Real Estate (Pullman) for the last three years. I’ve been a Moscow-based Realtor now for nearly a decade, and I foresee a much longer real estate career ahead of me! I’ve had the pleasure of helping many new and longtime locals achieve their homeownership and investment goals, and I’ve advised clients through a plethora of problem-solving experiences.

I'd be so honored to serve this community in the City Council capacity for the next four years. Among the many reasons I’m running for Moscow City Council are my passions for fair and affordable housing, environmental stewardship, public land preservation, affordable and accessible public transportation, clean and accessible water, and public resources spanning from schools and libraries to police and fire support. I believe these are just a sample of the many building blocks of what makes Moscow a lovely, diverse community, and an excellent place to live, play, and work. I want to help this community continue to reach new heights, all while maintaining its unique character, natural beauty, cultural diversity, and outstandingly supportive ecosystem. Moscow is a special place with amazing people.

I have a passion for public service, and a lengthy track record. I’ve served on the boards of Sojourners' Alliance, United Way of Moscow/Latah County, Backyard Harvest, Moscow Charter School, Latah County Library Foundation, Palouse Land Trust's Advisory Board, Latah County Board of Realtors, Palouse Clearwater Environmental Institute (PCEI), and Moscow's Fair & Affordable Housing Commission. This vast background of volunteerism across various sectors of Moscow has helped me better understand many of Moscow’s needs in a deep, meaningful way.

I believe I have the drive, understanding, compassion, and community connections necessary to earn your trust, confidence, and support during this campaign season, and to build upon it over the next four years. If you’d like to see me on Moscow City Council, you can help by requesting a yard sign to show your support, by volunteering to knock on doors, by hosting an event, or by making a donation to our campaign online or via check.

Thank you for your support! Every bit helps!
